Closure of OAC with Buccal Fat Pad
I show here, the closure of an OAC that developed after the removal of the UR7 (upper right 2nd molar).
The 55 year old patient was referred to the Oral Surgery Department, complaining of a stuffy right maxillary sinus, with discharge from the sinus & fluid from nose after drinking. This started almost immediately after his UR7 was removed.
